Nesting Dolls is my current work in progress. It’s a military-espionage story set in Russia’s current war on Ukraine.

The title refers to the matryoshka nesting dolls, called “babushkas” in Ukrainian. They’re popular in both Ukraine and in Russia, and in other countries. The idea is plots within plots within other plots, within still other plots.
